During our recent stay at the Savoy Gardens Hotel we could experience a wonderful service of all the workers of your hotel.
Of course the people at the front desk are very important, because most of the time they are the first workers a guest meets.  When we adapt the proverb "one has only one chance to make a good impression" I can tell that they succeeded here from up the first moments of our arrival; all other days these people were very friendly and very helpful.
Also the people at the bar and the breakfast buffets, the people that cleaned the rooms were very focused on their job, without loosing a smile.
Next to the friendliness of your workers, we appreciated a lot the nice accommodation of the hotel.
I would appreciate it if you would pass this message to your workers, also those who are working "behind the screens"

May I take this opportunity of thanking you and your wonderful staff for making our stay at the Savoy Gardens such a wonderful experience. The hotel is so well appointed and the facilities are first class.
